K.C. Tran has been dreaming up stories since she was old enough to hold a pencil (and occasionally used crayons when inspiration struck). A proud military brat, she grew up exploring new places and collecting stories wherever life took her. She wrote and illustrated her first full-length book at the age of twelve (a magical adventure, of course) and hasn’t stopped creating since.

By day, K.C. works in marketing, sales, and communications, helping brands find their voice and connect with their audiences. By night, and whenever inspiration strikes, she brings new worlds and characters to life on the page.

A lifelong book lover and animal enthusiast, K.C. believes stories have the power to spark imaginations, heal hearts, and remind us that even on our loneliest days, we’re never truly alone. When she’s not writing, she’s likely reading, spending time with family, or swapping stories with anyone who’ll listen, especially if snacks or furry friends are nearby.
